Most people have an instinctive aversion to coming into contact with vomit and bodily waste products.

It makes sense for that to be hard-wired in our brains. Those things potentially contain pathogens (and, in the case of vomit, toxic substances) and ancient humanoids who didn't avoid those things from an early age tended to die before they reproduced.

I have no idea why you have this kink. While I like to think I'm pretty broadminded, I can't help but see this as way over the border and far into the Land of Seriously Weird.

Some people seem to be born with kinks, but a lot of them develop from something experienced in early childhood. Since puking is a pretty common thing for most kids, I suspect some link between it and sexual arousal formed when you were so young that childhood amnesia means you can't even recall the event.
