Im obsessed with fairies, I really wish I could be a fairy with purple wings who wanders through the meadows of an eternal Spring, spreading flower pollen and magic. I want to smell the dew on the flowers and dance in the sun shine.Id be friends with the birds and unicorns and squirrels. I would catch the rain and live under a pretty mushroom. I think it would be better than this dreary existence as a modern woman.

    Look up Brian Froud's fairies. Some are not as you describe.

    Well...
    if you get yourself some wire... about as thick as wire hangers. Buy some pantyhose... if you get white pantyhose buy some purple fabric die.
    you bend the wire into a wing shape you like. 4 wings like a butterfly. twist tye ends of a wing together so it hokds its shape. Take the pantyhose and put it over the wire wing....use electrical tape to keep it together. When all 4 wings are done use electrical tape to bind them all together like butterfly wings.
    wrap thick ribbon around the electrical tape to hide it...hot glue to glue the ribbon in place. Use more ribbon to be able to tie it onto you. Ribbon should go over the top of one shoulder and underneath it then tie together...apply to each shoulder.
    You can then hot glue decorations onto your wings... like glitter...flowers ... and ect..
    this way you can customize your very own wings...also they are better then cheep store bought wings.

    Easier options would be to buy cheap wings
    better to buy from etsy where someone else can hand make them for you.

    After you have gotten yourself a fine pair of purple wings... go forth and find a nice meadow and let your imagination run wild.
    maybe you can find others who will roleplay with you.
