Ive always been too nice; people walk all over me and I have no ability to stand up for myself.
Im tired of it, I wanna learn how to be a bitch.
Can anybody give me bitch lessons? Im serious.
Start by not letting people walk over you? Tell people no. You dont need to be a complete bitch you just need to stand up for yourself more.
First off you've got to be unhelpful. Get addicted to all of the social media sites and develop an Essex accent, turn your face orange with make-up, and simply say "not bovvered" when anyone asks you for something. For bonus points, you could be a bitchy slut and flash your vag at parties.

I HATE how women throw the word "bitch" around like it's synonymous with assertive.
You're not being a bitch if you tell someone to cut their shit out, or tell someone no or choose not to tolerate being treated poorly. The people treating YOU poorly are the bitches here. People know that their overstepping their bounds, most of the time and if you call them on it (without being Jersey Shore dramatic), and stand firm, in my experience, they'll back off.
Be the bigger person. Don't stoop to their level. Just don't associate with those that step on you. It's better to be a good person than a bad one.
Start saying "no", and when someone asks why say, "cause I (fucking) said so!"
