I want the big life mysteries to remain mysterious. inn ?

Why reduce the shadow, or add a stark spotlight? Far preferable to keep life's mysteries a mystery. That way, you allow your imagination fill in the blanks.

What mysteries? There ain't no god, there ain't no afterlife. There is a universe and it's pretty damn big. People are pretty damn puny in the scheme of things and the sun will or will not rise tomorrow. Where's the mystery?

    • Been around the world, I take it? I've read much history, I feel agnostic. Mystery is mystery. One cannot say that something exists or not. I'd rather leave these tales unraveled. Its like once you know a how a magic trick works, its boring. I prefer mystery.

It is plausible that insanity is more fun. Nero? Caligula? That man voted his horse a senator, bah! That's the story passed through history. I wasn't there. Rumors do have a habit of changing. LOL! Oops. I've mentioned extremes which doesn't promote my theory.

Mystery is absolutely a breath of fresh air.

"I wish to remain an eternal enigma to myself and to others." - Ludwig II I like the quote. Let's spare the details of analysis over it.

There are still mysteries. For the sailing buff, I think of Donald Crowhurst. I've seen Deep Water.

Now, where is Atlantis? No no, not the island resort in the Bahamas. The island? You need to set sail and find it, or some other lost treasure.

Interested in Atlantis; read the book by Donnelly. No mystery there.
Not much mystery regarding Donald Crowhurst; he couldn't live as a fake, but he did invent a navigation system that gives one latitude and longitude at noon; yippee!
Even the "mystery" of the Bermuda triangle has been solved.
Death is no mystery, just simply the end; no heaven or hell.

      What about...
      Jake the ripper?
Whats up with The Belmez Faces?
      Stonehenge?
      what is in area 51?
what the Voynich Manuscript all about?
      Who can solve Phaistos Disc?
Whats up with The Wow! Signal?
whats at the edge of the universe?

Thats a pretty bold claim about the after life seeing as no one has any hard evidence one way or the other? Therefore its a mystery maybe will always remain one that people can only ever guess at...including you.

Tgere is plenty of mystery left in this world...in this universe. I thunk it would be a sad day when everything has an answer ...because then whats left to discover?
So I ask where isnt the mystery?

I feel like if we discovered everything that was a mystery today, it would leave us with more questions; more mysteries than before.

    Yes and no

I dont want everything solved at once but I do think its great when people finally solve something.
and I dont think every mystery should be solved...but as more are solved im sure more will pop up...such is life.
