We are very good friends, and she tends to be the more outspoken one.
She likes to insult me (but we both know its all in good fun) and she also always tries to hold my hand (which makes me uncomfortable)

Well, recently I have been constantly wishing she would be mean to me more, make more physical contact and stuff like that.

    Why don't you try having more physical contact with her and see how she reacts? Also you could talk to her about it.
