Normal ? I think most of us have thoughts about being caught or being watched. But I agree with Rose, a DAMN good way to be arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior in public, you better hope there are no kids around otherwise it can turn to contributing to sexual delinquency if a minor, etc. They can stack on charges you probably don't even know that exist.
