I don't know about wishing him dead, but being pissed off is certainly normal. He's a little brat right now, but as adults we're rarely like we were as children. Here's hoping he grows out of it.

I grew up in foster care and was a serious pacifist. When I was 16, I had gotten enough money together to purchase a portable safe for my personal documents, a nice watch and a dye cast airplane. One night, my foster brother stole the safe, broke into it and stole my belongings. I beat him senseless and was kicked out of that foster home.

There is a type of person in this world who will take advantage of any means of satiating their natural sense of greed. If not kept in check, they will gladly use any means at their disposal, including people, to get what they want. That foster brother us doing life in prison for armed robbery and multiple counts of murder during the robbery. Your parents are fools to ignore the obvious signs. If they allow him to continue his behavior, he will continue to believe it is acceptable and his methods could become violent later on on life.
