I want justice

I was raped. About 10 years ago when I was a teenager. Some time ago I reported it and it was investigated but without the physical evidence and the amount of time that passed, the police could only interview him, he denied it and they dropped the case.

Obviously I’m not ok with this. I want the world to know what a pathetic piece of shit he is.

I feel like I’m expected to just live the rest of my life knowing he knows he got away with it, and be ok with it. Surely there is an alternative

    I don't blame you, not one bit! Without DNA evidence this sort of thing is unfortunately your word against his.

    My advice to you is to take a self defense course, or better yet actually take up martial arts. I also think you should read a book by Gavin de Becker called The Gift of Fear.
