My parents bought me a house for college but said I have to rent out one floor and it can't be to other students. So I rented it to some boring couple with a baby.

I really want to rent to my friends so I was thinking when the lease is up next year I can kick the couple out and not tell my parents. Then if they find out after a year they will be okay with it because I proved nothing bad happened.

    I feel like you should do the frat house thing but actually tell them. If you dont that's probably worse imo
