I walked for 10 hours and didn't lose a pound???

Okay so my friend and I went to NYC we walked for 10 hours without stopping even once and the only thing I had to eat the entire day was 5 cups of water and a pretzel. That's it!! Why did I not lose a pound from that? I walked fast paced too!!

Taking a dump is a surefire way to lose a pound

it's normal. for some people, it can take forever to lose a single pound. one day will not bring you results. it has to be a constant decision to exercise, eat healthy, and stay positive. the more negative you are, the less likely you'll be to lose that weight. good luck (:

You always weigh less at the beginning of a day than at the end of the day. So if you went around walking for ten hours, you'd see the difference the next morning, most likely.

You'll lose about 10 pounds of water before you begin burning fat. Watch the Carbs.

Maybebur body holds onto weight very well. If u didn't sweat or anything then u just kept water weight by adding more water. It's normal

All the water u drank kept u at same weight. It's called water weight. Ufc fighters can change weight classes just from gaining and losing water weight.
