I've never been able to sleep at normal hours
Ever since I was a little kid I've NEVER been able to consistently be awake during the day and sleep at night. It's not even that I prefer it, it just happens. At times, not seeing the sun enough gets me into a depression. The only times I've been able to stay awake during the daytime is when I've been obligated to because of classes. I have tried many different ways to fix this and I always end up sleeping during the day no matter what. Is it unhealthy to be like this? Is it insomnia, even though I eventually DO sleep? Does anyone else have this problem?
