I've lost my mental space!

It used to be fantastic, I could think very clearly. Point being, now I can't think clearly at all. It's like that space in my head where you do maths, and work things out has pretty much gone. The doctor said I'm fine. Is it just me or does this happen to other people too?

Turn off the NOISE -- like the TV and radio. You can't believe how helpful it is to drive with the radio off.

I have the same thing, started with me when I began A-levels. Usually it works ok, but when i need it, like in class or exams, it starts trolling me.

You have just been too distracted. Or over worked. Take a moment to sit down and drink some tea! And perhaps read a very compelling novel or play sudoku or a jigsaw puzzle

Seems like ur suffering from a case of the bad technology. if you have a radio alarm, turn that off. if u have a computer with wifi enabled turn wifi off or turn off your computer, anything that emits radiation can be harmful to the chemicals controlling your brain. Most doctors tell you to go to a cottage or something, simply because there is no technology there. I am using wifi and stuff this week and i can barely think. Im going camping so it should be better. Best of luck.

I think I know what you mean. I felt the same after taking two years off uni and working in a supermarket. Felt like my brain didn't remember how to think, but now it seems to be going back to normal. I think you just have to force yourself to do things that involve thinking even though it's tricky and it'll be easier each time you do.

    Uhh, I don't even know if that's normal. o__o

Maybe you should exercise it by playing brain teaser games.
