You should always ask if he does want a romantic relationship. But remember: No means no.
Ick, why? Not all men are desirable. But I suppose this is normal for a narcissist, but not a normal thought in general.
Does one assume that this assumption would apply to males related to you?
I get that notion a lot after getting to know some guys. I don't just assume it though... Sometimes they just give me that vibes after getting to know me.
