I usually dislike babies/toddlers. is it normal?

WellP.... Seems like you don't like babies... And you should ignor all the screaming and stuff my mom said she just wants to spank them when the mothers don't try to make them shut up... And after a while you may learn to love children -it's normal

Ah, one of my pet peeves is hearing a baby or a toddler make noise and cry- especially when the parent doesn't do anything about it. I can totally understand your point of view.

Ugh, I have the same thing. I've always disliked babies/toddlers and I still do to this day. They annoy the shit out of me. This might sound weird but I remember when I was a kid, I hated babies and toddlers even then. I HATE it when they scream and run around and come over to you for attention.

I'm the exact same way i just get mad when a kid is bad and it just annoys the Shit out of me idk why but i thought i was the only person who felt that way but i think its normal

Its normal but I don't know if we should hate them because they have never lived life before and are learning and might have some horrible parents and we can't fault them for that.

However if they're annoying because they're screaming and not being taken care of properly, then that's the parents' fault.

Think about it, if, every time a baby/toddler threw a fit and started crying, the parent tried to calm them down and, if failing to do so, left the restaraunt and did not return until the child was calmed down, would this be so much of an issue to you?

You're not the only person that feels that way. I even know many parents that are just appalled by how lazy parents have gotten. Especially parents that, instead of trying to discipline their child and train them to sit still and pay attention (which is difficult but, in most cases, possible, considering most children do not come out as mentally challenged) they instead give them a cell-phone or a tablet to play on.

So, while I think that your complaints are valid and normal, I must say that your frustration is misplaced. It is likely that hearing a baby cry for only 5 seconds and being taken out of the restaurant would not invoke any memory of the incident later on, but hearing a baby cry continuously while you're trying to enjoy your dinner, ANYWHERE would piss you off enough to remember it, no?

TL;DR blame the parents, who were most likely somewhat inconsiderate people before the child was born and likely believe that because THEY got used to the crying and mischief, everyone else should as well.

There's no such thing as a bad baby, but there is such a thing as a shitty parent. If the kid is annoying you, as the mother which zookeeper trained her to raise her offspring.
