No. I still wash up afterwords, I just don't do the whole body shower thing as much as I used to. I keep my hands pretty clean. I'll wash them after being out of the house, before preparing food, and yes, before and after jerking off. Please at least brush your teeth. Showering only once your twice a week is kind of gross but also kind of acceptable provided you don't smell or look to greasy, but it's really unhealthy to not brush your teeth at least once a day.
Are you depressed? Also this may come of all wrong but are you an American because here in the United States of America there is an expectation that people bath everyday! Yeah it's your business if you wanna skip a few days when you are alone in the house but I bet there's a musty stank in yo house that you don't personally notice cause it's yours. Absolutely. When I'm with someone sexually, I am super careful about being clean everywhere. I also shave my groin area and keep the pubic area well under control. But when I'm single like right now, I'll still do the grooming when I shower, but once again, showering with me only happens once or twice a week nowadays. If I'm going out to meet girls, of coarse I look and smell my best. But, once again, if I'm home with no plans, IIN to sit around in my own filth even though I used to shower EVERYDAY back in my 20's?????

Yes I go out of the house. Not nearly as much as my 20's. Yes I have friends and family that I see regularly. When I have plans to see them, that usually provides the motivation to bathe. But if I'm just sitting around the house, with no plans, I can go roughly 5 or 6 days with no showers. IIN?
