I touch boiling things then touch my head

Every time I've just finished cooking and turn the pan off I have to touch the bottom with my middle finger then touch the middle of my forehead immediately.
I even touch the top of the oven it's really dangerous though!! Does anyone else have this? IIN?

    That is 100% without a doubt OCD. You should see a therapist though; your compulsive behaviors involve self harming.

    Are you training to become a criminal? I'm sure there are less painful ways to get rid of your fingerprints. Just before we rob a bank, we do all the varnish on the boat. All that sanding takes our fingerprints right off and we get a pretty boat for our trouble.
