I took a total of 9 showers in 2022

I have never been into taking daily showers. I used to take a shower once a week but I got tired of it. Nobody seems to notice this thankfully. I do was my armpits when they start to smell and put on deodorant. Even though I almost never bathe, I rarely get sick or have any health problems. I took 6 showers at home throughout the year and 3 showers in a row during my trip to the beach in July. My record for not taking a full shower is 3 months and 3 days. It happened this year. Everybody assumes that I bathe so I see no need to change it, ever. I'm proud of myself for not wasting time and resources in the bathroom. I'm much rather do anything ese than shower regularly.

Well, that's pretty stupid. If he smells that bad, wouldn't you rather he be outside where there's a breeze?

(Disclaimer: I also bathe irregularly, but for different reasons.)
There's more reasons to bathe than that. You mentioned two reasons to bathe: smelling good and avoiding health problems. However, hey, maybe you don't want to smell that good? And maybe you welcome germs against your powerful immune system? There are at least two more reasons to bathe, though. Good skin care and a cleaner environment.

Dirt and dead skin cells build up on you over time. Eventually this becomes visible and may even flake off as your skin becomes rough to the touch. This makes you itchier than usual and inhibits perspiration, making it harder for you to cool down on a hot day or during exercise, building up an odor faster in the same circumstances, and dirtying your clothes faster. Meanwhile, your skin doesn't just infinitely build up that layer, right? It has to go somewhere... and that somewhere is flying haphazardly around your house. The percentage of dust in your house that is your dead skin cells rises a lot if you never bathe. For an easy comparison, think about how much dandruff you can shake out of your hair if you just leave it to its own devices for a few months? Now imagine that coming off your arms and legs, all the time.

That's not even mentioning the relaxation benefits of a hot shower or a soothing tub of water. You may find yourself being just all-around happier if you shower more often, especially at night or in the morning.

Two are plenty, one in Fall, one in Spring. Anymore is just wasting water.

Weird question. Are you kinda skinny and bony and a little short for your age? My ex had a pituitary disorder and he looked half his actual age (relax, we're 40-something)... and it was the damndest thing, he never bathed either and was FINE. Didn't sweat. Didn't smell. Could go WEEKS. It was unnatural, but the nose doesn't lie. He was perfectly well-groomed otherwise, gorgeous honestly, and just... his body didn't make stinkjuice. Or something. Maybe you're like that too. Some people are just lucky.

Wow, you must be smelly like an arse crack, set a reminder and just have a shower you lazy bum! And yes, you can also have smelly hair, show off to your friends that you don't smell too good nor too bad, just right all you like, but people are going to smell you. May I recommend a Lux soap and a menthol caffeine shampoo to help you smell nice? I know from my salad days of not showering or bathing for 3 months, it's hard to go take a shower, it's harder if you say "nah don't bother", it's inertia, the inability to get in the shower, plus the months of not getting in there you'll feel dirty.

It's really impressive that you're noticing this smell over the Internet but none of the people actually nearby seem to have noticed it at all.
