    This is actually a fairly common fetish. For some reason, a lot of people find smoking horribly disgusting but it doesn't really bother me. I don't smoke, but being around someone who doesn't bother me much, if at all. If a room is really full of cigarette smoke, I don't really like that but I don't find it particularly sexy or unsexy.     I have a complicated relationship with smoking fetishism. What isn't attractive is true addiction, where you aren't totally in control of your own behaviour or able to make decisions which are rational to normal people. What is attractive is making the choice as a non-addict to do something you enjoy in the moment, despite knowing it damages your long-term physical health and everyone else thinks you're gross.
