I think that i have a erratic personality problem

Sometimes I feel ten different feelings at once.

Sometimes I forget conversations I had and people claim that I had them.

Sometimes I can be very confident them I get very shy sometimes I'm nice then I'm an ass.

The list is long and I don't know how to fix it I even have a random habit of talking to myself like full on conversations.

    to add my two cents, i don't know you or have i observed you while you experience/act as you described, so it hard for me to give any specific recommendations based on my experience and observations of you. So il tell you about an issue i had and still somewhat do experience, especially when annoyed/bad mood.

    I would unconsciously shout at the next person who come my way and make a request of me to do or perform something i would do in normal days even if i think is a border. Basically what i was doing was taking out my frustration to the next person who happens to touch my toe with their heel, Once i calmed down i would regret that behavior of me, so one day i decided to take control and tell my mind that from today, if you are upset and the next annoying person come by to annoy you extra unless they are the cause, just ignore them or do whatever just to get them outa my face.

    It not easy to condition you mind to do things automatically, in the beginning you will forget, but self reprimanding and a will to do better next time will get you somewhere.

    so perhaps beside seeking medical help, you can practice to control you mind, and if there is a behavior you don't like find the one you like and teach your mind to behave that when rather than the other way,

    The easier way to attempt to control you mind is by mediation, attempting to keep you brain calm and quite is not easy but doable, so do attempt mediation, its okay if you catch your self thinking of random thoughts while attempting to meditate that's normal, just remember to stir you self to being thoughtless once you realize it.

    My emotion changes many times without thinking. It goes from happy to really pissed off and then back to happy then sad then all over the place
