I think repeat sex offenders should be castrated

A rapist doesn't need intact organs to violate someone and not all rapists are men.

First time offenders in the case of rape and child molestation. But not for all sex crimes like statutory rape where the underage party willing, etc.

Even with their genitals chopped off, these degenerates will still pose a threat. Remember, the sickness is in the brain, not the body.

"Cruel and unusual" doesn't really do forced castration justice. It doesn't do capital punishment justice either.

Is the only purpose of genitals "fun"? I find that extremely narrow-minded. Not having full sexual function means you miss out on a lot.

I think that they should be executed for f*cking up the rest of someone's life (especially children). Castration won't stop them from hurting people.

Heres an idea: give em life in prison, but for most of the day they are being milked of their seed till they run dry. Draining them of their energy and will to have sex. Death by snoo snoo!!!!!!!!!

Personally, I think cruel and unusual punishment in the form of Medieval Torture should be brought back for such undesirables. North Korea has mandatory chemical castration for sex offenders, they should do it over here. But, what about female sex offenders? Forced circumcision without anaesthesia?

we need science not self righteous biblical revenge. There ARE sex offendors, many fo them, that volunteer for chemical castration in order to relieve their obsessions and live a more normal life. Most sexual predators are manipulative, but not violent.
Teach your children early how to spot the signs of manipulation, kids are very smart. Make sure your children can tell you ANYTHING that's bothering them.
The sociopathic sadist sex offendor needs to be kept from children completely. Either by prison or . . . house arrest, restraining orders. ect. Violent impulsive offenders should probably be humanely stored, i'm afraid. Until we understand how the brain truly works, and how much free will each person has is measurable, i don't find it moral to judge others' capacity for self control. We need dispassionate separation from society at large for these people.

Rapists... If i had it my way i wouldn't put them in jail nor would i sentence them to death.

They would be bound, arms and legs all day every day. Given food and water at intervals to survive and placed in complete solitary confinement.

Cruel to the human race? Perhaps.

But to give them the honor of raping others while incarcerated? I might as well give them death!

We don't practice cruel and unusual punishment. It is specifically prohibited by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

We can however put them behind bars for a very long time making them do hard labor.

This thinking is similar to cutting off someone's hand for stealing or cutting off the tongue of a liar, etc... it's just very barbaric thinking.

Not to mention we often convict innocent people, later setting them free. Under such a tyrannical system these innocent people would continue to suffer their whole life for something they didn't do. At least now, if they are falsely accused and imprisoned they can try to have a normal life afterwards when they are freed.
