I think orgasms cause me acne. is it normal?

I avoid masturbating because usually a day after I orgasm I have breakouts on my face..I've researched about it and many people link acne to orgasms, since, well, it's a way to relieve stress and breaking out is a common cause of stress-relief..

anyway, my face is breaking out right now anyway and a little play time wouldn't do me bad.. I'm afraid it will worsen my face's texture :(

is it normal to be afraid to have orgasms because of the side-effects?
