Whenever I see a baby if I can see their diaper I instantly think of the smell of poop and pee, overwhelming any cuteness I would've perceived.
Me too. And they don't even have to have a diaper. I just assume they smell like that probably because the expreriences with my little cousins when I was a child. Disgusting!
It's worse.when you can't even see the kid cos they're in another room but you can still smell the nappy...
I've had to change ones that have made me gag. And a couple that have made me reel and retch.
Urrrghhh... It disgusts me when parents are willing to put their child's health at risk because they're too fucking lazy. I've had to do that too.
I feel really bad for those kids.
I totally forgot what I'd written an got so confused.
These weren't kids with neglectful parents, in my case. I've just been lucky enough to work with kids who have the stinkiest shit the world has ever experienced. One was doing 7-8 a day at one point.
I probably change nappies more often than necessary, purely because that's what I was trained to do.
