I think my crohn's and colitis is damaging me.

hi, i have crohn's and colitis. im going to the bathroom 30 times a day, and im having MASSIVE stomach spasm's.. now i push very hard because of the spasm's. i try to stop them but its painful, my testicles are hurting now from these spasm's. could this damage my balls?

    my uncle has crohn's and his shit fall's right out its like he has tape worms its like pure water coming out and

    im sorry man but how you worded it sounded so damn funny i guess that pain makes me laugh my uncle says that marijuana helps him not hurt,

    i can say now if your shit is hard what will make it softer is dried hot peppers crumbs some fedachino would work it works on me and always eat your greens butter might help to coffee will make you poo
