I think i'm in love with my "cousin"

So you know how you have someone in your family who isn't related to you? Well my cousin is one of those people. He is two years older than me. When we where little we would play the I'll show you mine if you'll show me yours. We played it often. As we got older he grew to be my best friend.
Last week my bf had broken up with me and my bff was there cause I was a wreck. He told me that ex didn't deserve me and that I'm way to pretty to be with him. He told me that he secretly had a crush on me. I was flattered of course but....it wasn't right for the time. I looked him when he said that. I saw a smile on his face and I kissed him. So we ended up having sex from that kiss.
Now I think I'm in love with him. I don't know what I should do next. Please help me.
