    if you are younger than your sister and you are pretty with a nice body then chances are he has noticed you but can't do anything about it. maybe wear something cute around him one day and let him feel comfortable with you. smile and laugh at his jokes. nothing has to actually happen but if you show him that you think he's cool then guaranteed he will be thinking about you.

        Make it clear to him that you DO NOT want to persue any type of relationship with him or that you don’t want to come between him and your sister. Once that is understood you can ask him to show you his penis and let you touch it and lick it. Chances are he would agree to letting you experiment with him but you or he can tell NOBODY
