Just found out my asshole boss is bi. Got cell phone video to prove it. I hate this asswipe. So do most of the people at work. I work at a place where being gay or bi or any kind or drug addict will get you fired. So I think I'll fuck this guy over. Am I being normal?
If it was a private video that he made and you used secrecy to obtain it, you're being a horrible person and I hope this backfires on you. It doesn't matter if he's an asshole or not, sharing something like that for revenge is disgusting. There are other ways to deal with assholes that don't involve outing them and humiliating them in front of everyone.

If the video was inappropriate and it came from your boss you should report it to HR.
You're on the right track. Use the video for better advantage, however. You could coerce him into paying you more, paying you a lump sum. You could use it just to make him sweat...make him REAL nervous. Whatever you do, do it anonymously. Don't let him know who you are and it is YOU that has the tape.
