I think i have unusually large ribs

Several years ago, I began to notice my ribs stick out further than the people around me.
If I lie down flat on the floor, I am unable to see my feet if I stick my head up, my ribs will stick out about a handbreadth from my shoulders, more for the lower ones. (They don't stick out of my skin for anyone who thinks they're funny)

It makes me look rather fat, which coupled with my skinny arms and legs, just makes me look odd.

I am a guy, if anyone asks, so I do not have breasts.

    I'm a girl, but my bottom ribs stick out really far. If I lie on my back it looks like I have 4 tits.

    I have unusually large ribs too. I am a very small female, about 5 feet tall and 103 pounds. My rib cage is large in circumference and my bottom ribs make it look like i have two sets of boobs when i lay down lol...no one has ever said anything rude about it, so i don't worry much. Everybody is built differently, i wouldn't obsess over it too much. Its a slight imperfection, we all have them. If we didn't, we would all be the same.

    If you have a indent in youre chest and youre ribs stivk out you have pectus excavatum
