There are already subcutaneous trackers on the market that parents can have implanted in their children, so all you have to "invent" would be a way to get all parents to do it to their kids.
I feel bad too but I can't do anything at all...only God knows where they go or wether they live or die
A local pair of young Amish girls were abducted, hurt, and released this past week.
