...smell the inside of my nose, usually when I'm really tired, I swear i can smell the inside of my nose...it smells a little like gasoline...hmmm I should probably get it checked up on...

    Sometimes I can smell insides of my.nose. It's not gasoline like, I can't describe it :-P

    You can't smell the inside of your nose. Your brain blocks out things you smell regularly or consistently, and you've had your nose for so long that it would be literally impossible to let yourself smell it.
