I struggle to orgasm

I'm an 18 year old guy and I really have isues with masterbation as I really struggle to orgasm. I find it easy to get aroused and stay very stiff but i just can't make myself cum. I've never had sex but I have had sexual conatact and had a similar problem. I'd really like to get some advice on this issue.
