I still have feelings for this girl even though i can't talk to her.

It's been over a year now. Awhile back, I kinda asked this girl out (through IM, I was terrified to ask her in person), but alas she said no. But that didn't stop me from having feelings for her. Also unfortunately, I was deathly scared to talk to her. The school year went by, and I could've sworn she liked me a bit, (but I was probably "hallucinating"). Then, I changed schools over the summer. Recently, I saw her at a social night thing and was still afraid to talk to her. The problem is, I think I still love her. What should I do? Advice?

(Also, for the is it normal section, put if you think if it's normal for me to not be able to talk to her.)

    Let her go. Sounds like she's really not into you. And if you don't...you'll probably fall into obsession with her. Which hurts a hell lot..

    Ok you said you sent her a message asking her out before you transfered. Do not have her number anymore??????? If so see if you can ask one of your old friends to give her note for won't have to talk to her face to face.
