So I sneezed while peeing and didn't have the chance to stop. The added pressure did some dammage because the flow switched from yellow to red faster than a drag strip start light. I was met with a great deal of pain... Is this normal?
I would say go to the hospital like NOW! That is not normal at all! You need medical help!

Are you a male or female? If you are a female who's already gone through puberty you should know what a period is. It could have been a miscarriage but usually when one occurs the placenta/the baby's corpse comes out. There could be problems with your urinary tract/kidneys/bladder. There are many possibilities hear. Instead of asking us, I strongly suggest going to the hospital or telling your parents so you could be taken to a experienced professional.
Had my fun with this one but for those of you who don't know, I'm a man and this actually happened and occurs. The excess force on your bladder and the body attempting to stop mid flow caused a small tear in the urethra. This is common enough for the doctors to simply have me wait it out... fun stuff. Hurt to piss for about a week but function resumed normally just like the doc said...
Suggestion? Hold the sneeze till you've reduced the pressure or at least stop the flow before sneezing.

Just out of curiosity, was this pain caused by your brain-cells having to work harder because you were trying to think of something clever to ask about?
Go see a doctor as soon as you can. It could be something benign but it's better to be safe than sorry.
