I took weed and had alcohol last night and i feel fine this morning, but apparently later on i will violently throw up everywhere, i don't know whether to take a paracetamol or not and i have work later! help me!!

Wait, what? You won't puke unless you're hungover today, and I'm guessing you're not... O.o
U are going to DIE in 2 weeks because of the THC its very DEADLY and if u mix it with partywater the THC will be DUBLE DEADLY!
for me, when mixing weed and alcohol: to be fine and no puking, i can get really high, and have a couple drinks; or i can get really drunk and have a hit or two of weed. but EVERY single time i am completely wasted and then smoke a lot of weed, i puke. but it's always the same night, i'm fine the next day, and always drink one glass of water per drink i have to prevent hangovers.
If you feel fine, you probably won't throw up. As far as the aftermath goes, I don't think it's any different from a regular hangover.

I did both tons of times, and I was fine. There's no given rule as to when you throw up.
When I used to smoke I never puked when I smoked while drinking. Not even if I were a little hungover. I think you would feel it if you were going to throw up at some point during the day.
