I sleep enough but i can't stop falling asleep?
I'm in high school and sleep a reasonable (although not scientifically safe) amount, usually 4-5 hours a night on school nights, plus 2-3 hour naps after school, and I can't stop falling asleep in class. I could hold my eyes open with my fingers and I'd still fall asleep in every class against my will. I hear a lot of other students who get less sleep than me and never fall asleep in class. I don't mind always being tired it's just annoying falling asleep because I get in trouble and miss information etc. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this normal?
