seems like if you felt it start to coming out you would have stopped what you were doing and went to the restroom to relive your self now the only time i have shit my pants was when i was sick and i farted then it sprayed out and i couldn't help it.

Yeah, it's easy to just be too lazy, you need to poo but you just clench and hold it in coz you can't be bothered making the effort to stop what you're doing. Then it leaks out. Happens to me too. It means you're a slob that should get out more and engage in wholesome activities but it's more common than you'd think
