I sense irrational patterns in what i do with events that will follow

For example, it keeps occurring to me that whenever I drink at a certain bar, someone will piss me off the very next day. One time when I drank at a bar I was annoyed by someone the next day, and when I drank at a bar another day someone annoyed me greatly the next day (I'm not talking about minor annoyances that happen all the time but major ones). Then when I went into the basement on a Tuesday someone or something greatly upsets me.

I know that these patterns don't make sense (and are logically impossible), but for some reason a certain thing I do seems to reliably predicts a completely unrelated thing to happen. IIN?

I have the opposite problem. Just about everybody pisses me off every day, so I go to the bar and drink.

Maybe drinking has made you irritable when you wake up?

And maybe you drink more than usual at the bar, or feel more lousy about yourself (if you're alone) that when you wake up the next day you feel more isolated, or vulnerable or what have you, and hence, such reaction takes place.

    Just a thought.

    • No, I was 100% sober when I woke up.

Being sober doesn't mean you don't have a hangover! Even if you don't feel it, your body is still fairly dehydrated after a night of drinking and that might affect your mood without you even noticing.

        • I only had ONE drink, and that's all.
Besides, the thing that annoyed me was a statement would have annoyed me even when I was 100% sober. I remember being annoyed by similar statements before I was drinking age.

It's sounds like your retarded and your withered mind is trying to make sense of occurrences while at the same time denying the real problem. You said it would still happen even if didn't drink but the entire basis of your question is an annoyance the day after drinking at a certain bar. Each example you state is after drinking but "no it couldn't be the drinking" itself? Really? It's sounds like your an alcholic in denial and the better part of you has had about enough of your shit. Your responsibil for your reality entirely. . Like only attracts like. Yournot a victim reactive to circumstance. If you manifested an annannoyanceinto your reality you either 1. Were yourself being annoying or 2. Subconsciously wanted to be annoyed and agitated. No matter how you want to slice it drinking is part of it and your responsible. I know it's not the magical answer you wanted to hear but too bad. Reality blows ;)

Take the alcohol out of the equation. Would you still have been annoyed the next day? Unlikely.

    • Yes, because the thing that annoyed me would have annoyed me even when I was 100% sober.
