I see things around me that don't exist. it's in control but..?

I see things around me that don't exist. I can visualize anything in front of me at my will. With that blessing, I could publish my debut novel "Heaven and Hell Alliance". It's fine so far. But I'm scared that it could turn into a very bad thing. As of now, I can differentiate between what is real and what is an illusion.
If it helps, I also have obsessive compulsive disorder (I don't wash hands again and again, but I have to do few things in peculiarly decided way).
So I pray, tell, would this turn against me? Few people said I hallucinate, but that's not the exact word, I suppose...?

I can't really work out what you're saying, but I'll have a stab at an answer anyway.

Regularly hallucinating during a waking state, without the involvement of any drugs, isn't normal. Uncontrollable, vivid hallucinations are indicative of psychosis.

Visualising is different - if you have a good imagination, you should be able to visualise all kinds of things in front of you.

So if you're having problems with the former, I suggest you talk to a doctor about it. If it's the latter, I expect you have nothing to worry about.

Did you know that some people are able to look into other dimensions? being able to visualize to me sounds like you are more intuitive and less crazy. don't go get on psycho meds. they want to destroy your intuition and turn you into a robot.
