I see particles/noise pretty much everywhere i look.

The darker, the more. Basically, at night, I don't actually see black, I see various slightly colourful particles moving. It doesn't seem enough for having visual snow, though, + no aura. Is this normal?

It is called snow vision. Really small percentage of the human population has it, with me included. It is not really caused by your eyes but by an error in the front part of your brain.

Just Google snow vision and you will get a lot of info about it.

All you can do is get used to it. Doctors and researchers do not know what can be done about it and they are really skeptical about the cause.

I see green sploges in the dark. Every time I blink I see them. I have to have my lamp on in order to prevent seeing them, Because they are kind of annoying.
