when i try to imagine myself 2 or 3 years into the future i see nothing, like i literally cannot envision myself past maybe a few months. and the few times i do manage to picture what the future holds i see myself unhappy and still confused about everything.
My life has ben a total fucking failure but least I gave it my best shot & partied like a rock star .
I have the same thing. I can't sense the future. I can't envision it, I have no perception and no conception. It's been this way for a while and for me it is not normal. If there's any feeling at all, the feeling is that the future is not there and it does not exist.
If you feel lost and unfound the only suggestion I have for you is creative writing. Writing is a form of exploration. You might find it to be useful.
I'm that way too. Are you depressed? Maybe try going to therapy, reaching out to loved ones, and setting long term goals. Good luck and just remember it will always get better :) you're worth more than you know
