I do it too--like the last comment, only when I'm warm. Arms straight up in the air like a zombie.

I do the same thing its not hard or anything. I only do it in the summer and I think I do it when im hot and when I scratch it gives me the chills so im not as hot lol

Yeah I do the same thing and always wake up with cuts and scabs on my arms and other parts of my body. I don't think its normal, though. But at least you are not the only one.

haha that's kinda funny must be some sort of voluntary muscle spasm don't worry about it i wake up with scratches on my arms often and I don't recall doing it =/
