Yes, this is normal on some cases. How long ago did you take an excretement? Has it been a while? If so, you might be putting pressure on your bladder, making it difficult to urinate. Poop and try again. I had this experience and what I said worked. I hope this helps!

and if all of that doesn't do the trick just drink 2 gallons of water, and the pressure on your bladder will force the pee pee out.

If that doesn't work just go to the microwave, and drill a hole in the screen, then shove your dick threw it, and microwave your dick for about a minute and thirty seconds. this will expand the size of your dick, and the pee will come out easier.

It's probably a UTI, they are really common. Sometimes you'll pee out a bit of blood, and it hurts a lot but you'll need to call for a doctors appointment for the antibiotics, and see what the problem is.
