Ok so my best friend is really horrible! well we nearly even fought but if we did it was something really stupid (like about boys or something) I really hate her! She copy's EVERYTHING i do!!!! And she has the most annoying little "I am sorry but your wrong because..." voice! She can NEVER be wrong!! And she is known as the funny person because SHE STEALS IT FROM ME!! Like I would say something funny and a week later she would tell everybody and i would say "Yeah i made that upp" and she says "Oh well i didnt hear you say that" and she is REALLY pretty so every guy likes her but she is always like "I am SOOOOO ugly" and everything.. SHE ALWAYS steals my crush! she flrts then *POW* He asks her out SHE KKKNNNOOOWWWSSS i like this guy!! and she always makes me jealous!! or trys then i get mad then she says "YOUR JEALOUS!!!" she always goes (when im absent) "OMG blah blah Brenda is so fun Blah blah blah" I can go on but my laptop is about to die!

PLEASE tell me if this is normal!

    No friend is perfect.
    If you're 12-18 this is normal.
    Early 20s it shouldn't be this petty but sometimes it still is...
    30's you're a psycho but I've seen it happen in my age category too.

    Sorry to burst your histrionic bubble, but it sounds like you're a regular teenager having friend problems. It's normal, I have similar problems sometimes. If she's really that bad, ditch her.

    Your bff is obviously an insecure whore. Now you have to ask yourself why you are still friends with her. Is there something you believe you are getting from her? Is it worth getting this thing (her wonderful company or the wonderful company she attracts or other) when you are obviously so annoyed and angry when you think about her? If the answer is yes it's worth it, then by all means continue your friendship with either 1)putting up with her shit and suffering in silence forever or 2) telling her that her behavior is bothering you and hope that she treats you a little less like shit.

    If the answer is no it's not worth it then tell her she's a insecure whore and break off your friendship. Best Friends are not limited to one per life time. You will probably live if you let her go.

    my best friend is exactly the same. She trys to steal my crush even though hes sooo out of her league. She writes 'facebook wall posts' simular to mine and copys my style.

    Just let it go, or if it gets really bad just discuss it with her. The best thing to do is go out with other friends and leave her, then she may get jealous and realise how much she needs you back and will be more respective.

    But- be glad that she wants to be like you! She looks up to you,maybe even jealous, x

    This sounds just like a girl I was best friends with a couple of years ago. She was the new, pretty girl in town and we became goodfriends instantly. After about a year, we got in a huge fight and kinda went our seperate ways. Looking back on it, I'm glad I found better friends because she was horrible to me and others. Now nobody likes her, and she has turned very ugly from to many spray tans and dyed hair.
    My point is, Just seperate yourself from her. It will be hard to, but in years to come you will see how much better off you are without her.
