So whenever i'm just relaxing or watching tv, and especially when im trying to fall asleep, sometimes I put my hand ( usually the right one cause im right handed) between my breasts. It really helps me relax. It's just so comfy and warm. .(tmi?). . anyway, am I the only one?
I used to do that Al bundy thing when I was around 14. I stopped one night after my aunt walked in and I was sleeping like that and my aunt screamed, thinking I was masturbating which shocked me. Most embarrassing moment of my life for something I wasn't even doing. I jumped up in a daze and hurried to another room almost running into a wall saying sorry over and over because I was so tired. I like to tuck my t-shirt under my boobs if I'm not wearing a bra. It's comfortable and it keeps me from sweating. My boobs are xtra large so they sweat.

im not one who does this but it makes sense. like putting your hands between your thighs to warm them up. thats what i do before i go to bed. it comforts me. so id go with normal.
I do it too!!! I sleep on my stomach and have caught myself with my hands between and almost cradling them although my hand is stretched outwards so that's good. I thought I was strange as I have big boobs so it looks uncomfortable but for me it's like a security blanket. Thank you for posting this!

Chica, you be alright. No worries, I do that and I also (yeah TMI, I know) place my hand on my butt cheek. Nothing weird or anything. I simply place it there and dont move it. Yes, it is relaxing for some strange reason. My husband made fun of me relentlessly until I snapped a pic of him craddling...ummm..himself while totally asleep. We all have idiosyncrasis! Lol
Girlfriend, IT"S NORMAL! Woman sometimes get very cold and they just want to be warm! If there isn't a man around to warm you up, then you have to warm your self up! It's normal! Your just trying to be happy and warm! So normal! If it's comfy for you, then that's all that matters!

And GuruOfTheSauce, your story is hilarious although a bit sad. People don't realize that when they make such drama out of these things (real or not) they're scarring the child for life. I knew a girl who thought her body was disgusting because of something her mum had said when she caught her touching her privates at the age of 5. I have serious doubts she'll ever have a normal approach on sexuality.
I don't see it as abnormal at all, even though I don't do it. If it feels good, then keep doing it.
