I punch my bedroom wall when angry

Whenever I get super angry or even stressed I punch my bedroom wall as a way of calming myself down. I am a girl BTW so don't assume that I am a dude. I get really angry really fast. How do I overcome my anger or stress levels from sky rocketing?

    Put your rage into something useful such as going to the gym for a really good workout. If that's not possible then drop and give me 50! Same with situps or crunches.

    Try to figure out the source of your rage and deal with it. Try and find a solution.

    This is normal but it can fuck you up. My mum used to do this, and she says she gets pain in her hands now. Find another way to relive your anger, even if it's not a constructive way just find a way that's not going to fuck you up in the long term.

    You should see a counselor for coping skills that you can use when you start to feel this way. And if you do do that don't think that the first mechanism they show you will work cuz it probably won't. Everyone has different things that work for them so try some of them and see what works for you. Hopefully this was helpful

    I used to do the same thing as a teenager, but I mostly preferred karate kicking the walls. I even did it at school once, but no one caught me.🤫
