ok, i am 24 year old, and last week i peed the bed, TWICE, on two different occasions. the first time was enough to change my pants, but my sheets were dry, but the second time it went through and i had to change my sheets. i am so embarresed by this. no one knows though. whats wrong with me? is it purely stress or what?
This happens to all of us.Sometimes its just the odd frak accident,like dreaming your at the toilet!Sometimes if it becomes a problem it can be a sign of other things,I suffer from an Overactive Bladder,it has a mind of its own.For most of the time its fine,but every so often its gets a mind of its own and will contract without warning,this leads me to clench as hard as possible and dash for the loo,it can be real hard work to overcome the force of the bladder contracting.Ofcourse this sometimes happens at night,I have a mattress protector just in case!If it happens more and more going and see your doctor.
It sometimes happens to both me and my girlfriend if we had to much to drink, like New Years eve. We are both aware that we both have the same issue so for peace of mind we will put a plastic mattress cover on if we know we may be drinking that evening.
