I go to the ymca every day to swim. When there are only a few people in the locker room I pee while showering. If there is nobody, I pee on the floor in the shower area, then take a shower. It's become a habit. I don't like it in a sexy way, I just like doing it. This may or may not be normal but does anyone else do this, or think about doing this? Anything else to say?
Um, this is kind of embarassing to admit, but I do it to, but not in the YMCA showers, in the shower at my house. I don't know why. For whatever reason, as soon as I step into the shower I feel like peeing.
Its okay to poop in them too if you can leave fast with noone seeing. Try that one, its quite exillerating.

I never peed in the shower (I always had a fear of shower curtains) But my sister said she did and I saw my little brother pee in the shower and... Well this is just getting awkward. But yeah It's normal. I want to pee in some YMCA showers now.
I think that every guy has done that at one time or another. The boys did so at school, the pool and the Y, none of us thought anything about it. I'm now an adult, but several times last year when walking into our pool locker room I noticed a few boys peeing in the showers, but they stopped and took off as I walked in. Later in the year I had gone into the showers and a couple boys came in and were obviously waiting for me to leave. I thought, I'll break the ice and urinated toward the drain myself and within moments the boys were comfortable doing so as well. They're not hurting anything by doing so and like it has been said, I know that a couple of these boys moms are aware they pee there and don't seem to care either.
My eldest son and his friends were doing that too. When I heard about it I insisted that he stop doing so as I thought it not right and he would get in trouble for doing it. A couple years later when taking his little 4 year old brother to swim lessons I was shocked that many moms let or sent their sons into the showers to pee. After a few weeks his female coach stopped to talk to me while my son was changing. He said to me "I gotta pee" and I told him "ok, I'll take you in just a minute." He was doing a bit of a dance and then his coach interupted her conversation and said to him, "you can go pee pee in the drain or run into the showers and go." I was really speachless, but my son ran over to the showers and peed there as we continued to talk. In the following weeks I understood that it's common for the older boys to go there and that the coaches and many moms are aware of it and have accepted it as normal. In time I found it easier to just let my little guy do it in the showers as well and eventually the subject came up again with my older sons. This time I didn't fault them for doing so.
more than likely the running water makes you want to void your bladder. i would say, don't do it because public showers a filthy enough that you adding to it just makes it worse.
