I brush my teeth every morning but I rarely brush my teeth at night. I get lazy at night and I would go straight to bed without brushing my teeth or cleaning my face. Is it normal?
same here, i only do it when i will be around other ppl. i never got a cavity or anything either
That's how we grew up! I only started brushing my teeth at night too when I went out on my own. I stay with my parents sometimes when visiting, and I don't think they brush at night still.
brush at night even if you are tired- you dont want to ruin your teeth !
I used to have braces, and when I first got them, my dentist said I wasn't doing a good job and I would have those ugly little squares on my teeth. After that I brushed them everytime I ate, and when I got them off, (I didn't have white spots) I continued to do so.
While your at it brush your tongue toward the back. It minimizes raunchy breath.
