I offer you a banana, orange, and apple. which do you eat?

Let's say we're on a desolate island (you and me. Let's say this is a 1-on-1 scenario and it's a Test-Drive, not an actual emergency). Anywho, we have 1 box of stored fruit to make us last for a while (We're Camping for a long time, you see). I take 3 different fruits out of the box and offer them to you. They are: Banana, Orange, and Apple. Before you take a fruit however, I tell you a little bit about each of them:

Banana: "This fruit signifies Prosperity and Success in Mankind's evolution. It hides itself within a peel to hide the truth Man seeks." If chosen, this fruit says you are a open person that seeks Truth above all else and you find those who lie utter scum.

Orange: "This fruit signifies the equality between keeping a good health (Vitamin C and Prevents Scurvy/other ailments) and tanginess. Oranges are the Natural Health Protectors." If chosen, this fruit says that you are a very cautious person and you care deeply for your health.

and lastly,

Apple "This fruit signifies not only health, but overall human well-being as fortold in the common saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Apples also signify a hard skin that is a little hard to bite into, but once bitten, the taste is great." If the Apple is chosen, it means you don't care about how hard something might be because you'll still aim to have it regardless of what it takes.

So now that I've explained this, which one do you take from me and eat?
