I occasionally get disoriented, is this normal?

So, every now and then... I'll get super-disoriented for seemingly no reason.
I get blurry vision, there's a ringing in my ears, a bit of throbbing in my head, and I get a bit dizzy.
It only ever lasts for a few seconds and then goes away.

Also, It's never happened often enough for me to view it as a problem... perhaps once or twice a year, sometimes less frequent than that.
However, I'm wondering if this kind of thing happens to anybody else, or if it's a known medical condition.

What are you doing when it happens? It can be a vaso-vagal response which is normal. Or it could be a neurological or cardiac problem. I need more detail

    • It's only happened a few times, and I think every time it's been while I was standing. It actually hasn't happened in a while.
Reading up on vasovagal response, it sounds like it could be that. I'm 25, and I do sit in front of my computer often, so perhaps that's what's triggering it?
I've never actually fainted or lost consciousness from it, though.

    • Hmm, this seems to make sense. I never do any extensive cleaning in there...

No, but sometimes if I haven't eaten (or I'm stressed) and I'm walking around the city, I get disoriented and can't figure out how to find my way home or back to my car. I can't back track either because I can't figure out how I got there, it's very jarring. Eventually my brain comes around and I calm down, but it's certainly not fun.

I get it, after my butt's been violated. And they didn't use enough jelly!
