I think you just want a broad viewpoint on the feeling of having a penis? I'd say most guys would agree they think having one is the best feeling. Females take about 15mins (approx generalization) to get sexually aroused during foreplay etc, guys can be at their peak in seconds, like 10 seconds :D

Many men are constantly aware of their penis, and its position and comfort. Here is my experience on having a penis and what affects it.
Underwear: Women buy underwear for the bottom simply as an undergarment; men have to additionally consider what kind of support, if any, that they want from their underwear just as women make that decision when buying a bra. As a kid, when I put on my underwear (briefs), my penis would point up toward the waistband. It always felt good that way, and was securely held in place while I was running around and playing. In the high school locker room, all my fellow students had their penis pointing up in their white briefs (all guys wore them back then).
